ITS Relationship Managers work strategically with Yale organizations and departments to plan, aggregate demand, and identify transformational opportunities for their Information Technology needs. RMs are a team of Information Technology (IT) professionals who participate in an annual planning process for their clients, leading to the prioritization and selection of major projects aligned with Yale’s strategic objectives.  They help to establish a roadmap for the year, including smaller projects and maintenance activities for their clients.  Relationship managers are the primary point of contact for all client IT interactions.
