When proposing a meeting and selecting guests you usually only invite individuals from a small circle of "friends". So why is it that you have to look through a list of every single person with a Meeting Maker account in order to find the few folks that you want to come to your next get-together? Well, you don't. Just create a Meeting Maker "group" of your closest and most popular guests and then the next time you want to propose a meeting you only have to look through a list of a dozen or so names, rather than a list of hundreds. To create a private group select "Groups" from the "Edit" menu and go from there. Its really straightforward. Then the next time you are selecting guests for a proposed meeting, just double-click on the name of the group that you created and you have a much more manageable guest list to work with.
